Herbal Tea - Postpartum Pregnacy Blend

Postpartum Pregnancy Blend is an herbal blend of supportive herbs that includes chamomile, stinging nettle, moringa, red clover and lemon balm. 

These herbs help to support the postpartum stage after giving birth with vitamins, minerals, calming and with restorative benefits that can be used while breast feeding. 

Chamomile offers a gentle floral that helps with relaxation, tummy troubles and with anxiety. 

Moringa  (Moringa oleifera) offers bioactivity that has been shown to effectively reduce inflammation and uncomfortable postpartum symptoms. Moringa Oleifera leaves are a powerhouse of essential nutrients and high in vitamin C,  that are vital for the health and recovery for new moms and the development of infants.

Stinging Nettle ( Urtica dioica ) is prized for its nourishing and restorative properties, its support of joint and skin health, and even its ability to re-hydrate vaginal tissue.  Nettle offers vitamins A, C, K and B with additional important minerals such as iron. This herb is useful for milk production, decreases allergies and reduces pelvic congestion.

Red Clover  (Trifolium pratense) has been studied extensively for women's wellness and is beneficial during the recover stage after the trauma of birthing.  This herb contains beta-carotene, calcium, vitamin C, a whole spectrum of B vitamins, and essential trace minerals such as magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, and selenium.  

This carefully blended herbal tea will deeply nourish and help replenish minerals lost through pregnancy and lactation. It will also help produce abundant breast milk as well as keep mother feeling relaxed and healthy.  The blend will encourage the body to remove metabolic waste products and postpartum is not the time to have excess toxins circulating in the body.

Enjoy up to 3 cups of this herbal tea per day to encourage overall mental and physical wellness during the time it is most needed. 

Use 1 tsp and up to 1 Tbs in one cup of very hot water to steep for 8 - 10 minutes while covered.  Add a few drops of liquid stevia extract or raw honey to bring out the mild flavors.
