This is a therapeutic, concentrated blend of lavender, eucalyptus, mint, rosemary and juniper.

Naturally moisturizes with a grapeseed oil base and can be used as a daily skin moisturizer. Simply apply a small amount to area in need and massage well for quick penetration.
This blend can be used, even if you don't have arthritis as it offers wonderful circulatory herbs, smells wonderful and many enjoy it for its scent and other benefits. It feels wonderful to massage onto tired feet and overworked hands. If you suffer from morning stiffness, this blend could help you by applying it at night as a preventative, before going to bed.
Use it as a complimentary treatment to help manage soreness up to 4 times daily and is excellent for a large area application such as the entire back. You can enhance it with using a heating pad set on low, once the oil has been massaged in completely. When suffering with back pain, we recommend a good soak in a warm bath with 2 full cups of plain epsom salts dissolved. Soak for 20 minutes and then rinse off. Apply the massage oil after your soak.
Other uses - Tired feed, muscle strain, stiff hands, lower back ache, neck ache, post and pre work out and for tendonitis. If your suffering from the flu or cold, this product is wonderful to assist with full body ache.
